Investing in your employer brand is long-term work. You need to care for your discourse and highlight your company culture, create engaging and creative job ads... without forgetting to care for your career website - a true showcase of your company.

Need inspiration to create your career page? Discover our selection of the most original career pages, which distinguish themselves by their great creativity!

Why Invest in a Career Page?

According to a LinkedIn study conducted in 2014, only 25% of candidates for a position are actively searching... In other words, job searching is not always a rational process. It can also be an emotional act taking place when a talent is particularly inspired or moved by a company's culture and/or mission.

Moreover, before looking for skills or know-how, a company selects a personality. Good news: having a career page that reflects who you are is the assurance of attracting talents who correspond to you!

The best candidates don't choose their future company by chance.

And that's why your career page should indicate:

  • what you can offer them (in terms of work experience, advantages, evolution opportunities...)

  • the values that drive you

  • your singularity and originality (what we'll find with you and not with your competitors)

Apple, or the Freedom to Be Yourself

Apple's career page

Apple's career page

The observation is clear: at Apple, you can make a difference. That's at least what we can read on the American firm's career page. "Be yourself". "Here, you won't just join a universe, you'll bring yours". "Bring a new breath of inspiration"... Apple multiplies phrases celebrating candidates' singularity and their added value.

Why is it original?

We notice it quite quickly: on Apple's employer page, the objective is not to boast the company's and its collaborators' merits (as a lambda employer website would do). We prefer to valorize the candidate and make them understand that their work will have real impact. A clever message that can resonate today even stronger in the heads of candidates in full quest for meaning...

Believing in Dreams with Disney

Disney, one of the most original career pages

Disney, one of the most original career pages

You need to be somewhat optimistic and audacious to apply at Disneyland Paris, the brand that makes dreams its spearhead. As Daniel Dreux explains, Vice-president Human Resources of Euro Disney, to continue amazing its clients, the company must surround itself with collaborators driven by "the will to make people dream". Simple and logical!

We therefore understand why the dream theme is omnipresent on Disneyland Paris's career page.

Why is it original?

"Make dreams", "magic", "professional adventure", "amaze"... Disney's career page is among the most original career pages, notably thanks to its lexicon. Far from the rather sober lexicon of recruitment, the company highlights the exceptional framework it proposes, its search for excellence... and its propensity to make people dream, obviously!

By adding a notion of dream and emotions to its career website, Disney completely breaks with recruitment codes and proposes to candidates to dive into the heart of its company culture... and Disney magic ✨.

Frankly Display Values Like Intercom

Intercom's career page

Intercom's career page

Marketing tool Intercom (well known by sales and support teams) offers a career website quite simple in appearance, but nonetheless effective. Its dynamic and offbeat design allows sharing precious information to candidates - notably the values that drive the company's collaborators.

Why is it original? There's first the career page's form, which brings certain lightness to the recruitment universe. Then comes the content! At the page's center, we discover a section dedicated to the company's values. In a quite playful way, you just need to unfold them to discover them ("We're optimistic and positive", "we obsess about customers's success", "we're confident, yet humble"...). It's then easy to understand that the company gives particular importance to candidates' soft skills, and even draws, through this section, the ideal candidate's portrait. The latter must be optimistic and pleasant, possess concern for excellence and customer satisfaction, like working in a team, overflow with ambition...

In short: reading this section, it's easy for the visitor to recognize themselves (or not) in the company's values.

Spotify career page with search bar and chatbot

Original, dynamic, design, playful... Spotify's homepage accumulates qualities... But not only! Its main asset lies in being extremely practical.

Why is it original?

Looking for a particular position? Type its title in the integrated search bar. A question about company culture? A chatbot answers you, notably unfolding the "Band Manifesto", explaining beliefs, values, missions, and other elements defining work at Spotify.

Spotify primarily wants to attract passionate music lovers, and it shows. The music metaphor nourishes the entire career page (from the hook "Join the Band" to the "Band Manifesto" through the mantra "One band, no solo artists"...). The company also compares team cohesion in companies to a music group's cohesion.

The company also insists on two important notions:
